YOGA!!! Sunday Morning from 9:30-10:30 our yoga guru will condition you from head to toe with a 1 hour combination of tai chi, pilates & yoga.
WINE TOUR!!! Take a self guided tour of the picturesque Countryside and visit some of Virginia’s finest wineries.

In the spa a “Couples Heart & Soul” awaits you which includes a couple's massage with lots of extras to promote love and joyfulness as well as to re-ignite passion. Start off with a relaxing foot bath and a cup of soothing tea. A special blend of four essential oils provides the perfect elixir for your Swedish massage. A Heart and Sole lotion with rose, lavender and juniper is used to massage the feet, while gemstones are placed on the heart chakra to open, balance, and renew your energy of love.
In the morning continental breakfast will be delivered to your room with a newspaper and a smile.
