Arrive Friday and join the Chef for a meet and greet between 3:30-5pm in the Casanova Lounge for “Afternoon Temptations”. Sample a delightful trio of creative fare accompanied by a glass of Chef Foer’s favorite sparkling wine. Join us later in the restaurant for the seasonal 3 course dinner!
Saturday morning your choice of Hot Breakfast will be delivered to your room at your desired time.
Saturday at 10:30 am the cooking class begins in the Manor House Kitchen! Work directly with Executive Chef/Owner Howard Foer and his team. Each student will be assigned tasks to complete and will learn a great deal from this hands on instruction! Following the class you will dine in the Elegant dining room. Recipes are printed for you to take home! Wine Sampling, Creativity and Fun are Encouraged!
Lunch typically finishes around 2:30 pm. Also included, arrangements will be made for you to visit a local Winery to learn about the winemaking process, go Lavender picking and learn about the many uses of this medicinal, fragrant herb or tour our Favorite Fauquier Farm and sample a variety of homemade ice creams and local goods. Driving Directions provided by the Concierge.
Sunday after your Inn Room Breakfast feel free to enjoy the SPA, swimming pool, hot tub, steam rooms, work out facility, bicycles and more!
